As a business, why would you become a member?
- Maybe you have done a lot of work on Diversity and Inclusion in your business and want to work with likeminded people to take it further?
- Maybe you see Diversity as an important component of your CSR agenda and want to be actively involved in these initiatives and tell your existing and potential staff what you stand for?
- Maybe you have an equal Opportunities Policy – but really (if you are honest) that’s about it. So you want to know where to start and what to do?
- Maybe you are a business that prides itself on having an inclusive, equal workplace but since learning about One and All, you have realised that actually your progression figures just don’t stack up and you want to work out why?
As an individual, why would you become a member?
- Maybe you want to stand up and support our objectives and get behind this new initiative?
- Maybe you or someone close to you has experienced some of these barriers that we are trying to remove?
Whatever the case is for you and your business, these are some of the areas that we want to work together on.
Working exclusively for the Hospitality Sector we will act as a hub for information, from other Diversity bodies into the sector, through research and monitoring of progress in our own sector and from business to business to help everyone understand more about this issue and begin to drive change.
So get on board!!
Becoming a corporate or individual member of One and All allows companies and individuals that subscribe to the aims and objectives of the Foundation to state publicly that they are supportive and working towards these goals without fear of having to have their own ‘house in order’ in advance. Members of One and All will be making a statement that they are working together to identify and solve issues surrounding talent management and minority progression.
