Recognition in Annual Report
The Annual Report will be produced as a glossy annual newsletter for all members and for any publicity opportunities in the following period. This will include a summary of our work, case study/role model examples from participating members and details of future plans.
In House Discussion Groups
- 1 session per annum free of charge (2 sessions for companies with 2000+ employees)
- Discount on additional sessions
There will be an opportunity for all companies to send an employee to the industry wide discussion groups held monthly. However, from our experience to date, face to face facilitated discussions are the most effective way to achieve buy in and understanding from employees. Therefore, One and All will offer the option of in house discussion groups to help to facilitate the cascading of information, or the buy in of specific groups internally within member companies.
Research Report
- Opportunity to contribute to Quantitative and Qualitative One and All research
- Receive a full copy of the One and All research reports
One and All will conduct a number of research projects including an Annual Research Report into progress within the Hospitality Industry. Members will gain access to the full research report findings including advice and case studies whilst only headline findings will be generally released.
Over time this Annual Research Report will develop into a benchmarking exercise however, as many companies are at the beginning of the road with regard to the understanding and progression of minority groups, initially the information gathered will remain confidential, and will be used to produce a report on the overall progress of the industry in this area.
